Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
"Mommy, Barbie's bashing Ken with a rolling pin!" Internationally acclaimed photographer Laurie Simmons deftly uses dolls, the archetypal little girl's toy, to launch a critique of the norms of femininity, masculinity and gender that can reduce women and men to mindless stereotypes. A slyly powerful, even subversive piece of work. Limited edition of 400. Dimension: 8 X 12 inches, 72 b&w and 68 color reproductions.

I have not read this book.....but it definitely has to be good because this photographer is awesome. I have seen her work in museums and it inspires me in my own art work. You definitely should take a look at this.
