this book is in just one colour printing (i.e. black and white) and it would be nice to see the final website the book uses, to guide the reader through the various skills
unfortunately, both links that the book gives -- one to the publisher (I think) and the other to the website example -- are dead links, so one is learning blind in as much as one cannot see say the effects that the authors are showing
in fact, in giving these links (one on the front cover and one on the back) that lead to nothing, the authors/publishers can be said to be guilty of dishonest advertising, as I would never have purchased this book had I know that there was no master example

I am not english native speaker and even I could understood the training which I find very useful and original.
It changes from another book and is quite complete.
