Read cover to cover 9 times October 7, 2008
Read this book cover to cover nine times, and my reading habits
are typically read three chapters and then start browsing the book.
I recently bought an updated copy for my niece who I love dearly.
She read it and yellow lined parts of the book. That is pretty good
review for her.

 Deceptive/Plagerized. The Master Key System for Dummies August 8, 2008

There's a story in this book about a boy who was sick and nearly dying. Dr. Joseph Murray then claims that HE came up with this quote for the boy to repeat to heal himself. The quote is this "I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy". Funny thing, I was just reading "The Master Key System" By Charles Haanel written somewhere around 1912 and found that EXACT same quote in this book. I proceeded to look for author plagerized quotes from the Master Key system and found countless ones which convinced me that the author is deceitful and untrustworhty. The reason he got away with it is that the Master Key System was almost impossible to find back when this book was written, so nobody could cross check the source. I have no problems with an author using material from another book as long as they cite the source and abstain from claiming all of the credit. The irony is that Dr. Murray always gives himself credit for coming up with these brilliant ideas and quotes. This is nothing but a dumbed down version of the Master Key System with silly fictitious stories thrown in to the mix. Get the Master Key System, it has much more substance and truth.

I am enjoying reading this book and also getting positive result by doing some practical exercises.My life has been changed completely.I wish to give this book to all my near and dear ones. Every body should read this book,Ones you change your thoughts, your attitude, success is yours. All religions are teaching the same ideas, but the beauty of this book is its simple and understanding language.

This is the most important book I have ever read! After watching "The Secret" I wanted to learn how to put the LOA (Laws of Attraction) into action.
I originally purchased "The Power of Positive Thinking" but could not get through it due to the excessive preaching that God is the only answer to happiness. I returned to the book store and discovered "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind." It was EXACTLY what I wanted. While Dr. Murphy is a deeply religious man, he does an excellent job without preaching!
I have recommended this book to just about everyone I know and a lot I don't that could use its teachings.
In addition to purchasing this book, I also recommend learning about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). You can find examples of it on YouTube.
