Deep, yet readable. With clear steps to follow to achieve the end: Peace, Freedom and Happiness.
I plan to re-read it every so often to remind myself of the valuable lessons I found in each chapter.

You don't run into this book by coincidence, read it. This is Deepak channelling at his best.

This is the greatest deepak's book ever in my opinion. One small book covers all of every single deepak's teachings.
Next that I love is synchrodestiny and third jesus.
Deepak is a stunning man.

This is an excellent book. This is the first Deepak Chopra book I've read and it was a life changing book for me. The book presents somewhat complicated material in a very easy to understand manner. I've read the book, and parts of it several times because I find it comforting. If I ever feel down about anything, reading from this book makes me feel powerful again. I can't recommend this book more!

I started to read this book with the hope of learning more about Vedanta, only to find that the script is mainly that of the "Perfect Health" audio series that I bought years ago, and can quote almost verbatim.
Get real Deepak !!! Stop redoing stuff that you've already done, like you did with "Bounless Energy" etc...which were taken from "Perfect Health" book, and give us some more in depth insight into yoga philosophy and spirituality.
I think you've made enough money from your originals without having to re-hash in a different cover. Please get back to the "Quantum Healing" style, which attracted me to your work, initially. Your earlier comparisons of modern science with ancient wisdom go much further in selling ideas to the "main-stream" public.
