 Great comprehensive text May 11, 2007
This text was assigned for a management class. It was a very easy read, and is packed with a lot of information. However, there are a lot of little errors that do not take away from the content but do reduce the quality of the presentation of the product.

The book takes complex issues and presents them in a very straightforward manner.Very easy to follow and "puts it all together" for the reader.
I am using this book as a supplement to a class I am taking and it is a "life saver".
