| Customer Reviews:
Great details, great choice of photographs October 8, 2008 This book is a rather fully detailed study. Even if academic in its presentation, it shares some interesting elements about the history of photography while demonstrating how photographs can modify the curse of history, somebody's life...Photographs are a testimony and a reflexion of our societies.
For an art book, poor design April 5, 2008 I had to get this book for a college course.
The content of the book is fine.
I have a problem with the layout, paper, and folio. It's very hard to find chapters and the binding makes the book difficult to read.
If you don't NEED this actual book, I'd suggest buying another on the same topic.
