Beautiful pictures, good text regarding safety, the instructions are terse and the book could have branched out more.
 Not worth keeping May 14, 2008
I bought this book for a bit of spice in our marriage but quite honestly there wasn't much to the book. From memory there are 8 positions and they are very time consuming and involved. Some simple set ups and more diagrams and photos would have been appreciated for those of us that are time starved and don't want a hog tied, male slave outdoors (one of the photos). I can't keep hubby off me for the time it takes to set one of these things things up - I would need a cold water hose set to stun continuously. I sold the book as it was no use to me - I think I will get the Knotty Boys book next.

This was a very informative book if you just getting into the scene and great tips for those who have been in to it for awhile. Wonderfully set up with beautiful full color pictures of the end results. Must have for Beginners and Pros alike.

I have been interested in japanese bondaqge for a while, but there are no trainers around here. I have been into bondage for a while. This book helped enhave my play with my wife tremendously

This is a FABULOUS book.
The instructions are clear and very thorough, the pictures are beautiful and illustrate the rope work very well, and Midori goes into detail about scenes and after care and other important things on top of her rope instruction.
I would really recommend this to anyone, regardless of skill level.
Think of it as a beautiful coffee table book, or a valuable instructional tool, no matter how to spin it, it accomplishes its goal with beauty and grace, what else can you expect from Midori?
