2 out of 5 stars You will really still need help   June 3, 2008
Project Management With SAP Project System

I have been a user of limted PS functionality for a couple years. I purchased this book in hopes of getting a better understanding of how PS was structured and how I could better use it's capabilities. I gave up reading it after two chapters as the writing style simply "bounces around" from topic to topic in a typical SAP consulting mode of "you could do this or you could do that or you could..." I guess I will have to take an SAP course.

3 out of 5 stars You'll still need help.   February 28, 2008
This book misses a clear target in the user profile. It is not a must for an experienced consultant, and it is not a clear problem solver for a first-time SAP user.
It's better than SAP Help Portal online, but you'll still need help. It keeps a wide gap between user options and system customizing possibilities. I guess it is useful for a brand-new PS consultant or for an advanced (and very SAP interested) PS user. It is just good.

5 out of 5 stars Great book - business process and technical   February 28, 2008
Great book that covers both business process and configuration. I love the organization: each chapter covers the process and at the end gives the related config. Very practical. Well written and very detailed. I won't need a 2nd book on PS.

4 out of 5 stars Good for intermidiate consultant of SAP   November 18, 2007
