From the supplier: Tomlinson College's Chairman of the natural and computer sciences department Steven Huff found that one of his most difficult tasks was integrating diagrams and graphics into support materials. He solved his problem with a hand-held scanner that allowed him to scan an image and easily manipulate it. Cost was an issue and Huff found that the hand-held scanners were less expensive than flat-bed scanners. He finally purchased ScanMan, from Logitech Inc. ScanMan provides clear, sharp images in seconds. It has also given students hands-on experience with computer graphics.
