Product Description The 812 warming filter, a Tiffen exclusive, improves skintones and is ideal for portraits taken on a cloudy day or outdoor in shade on a sunny day. The 812 filter absorbs blue cast often caused by electronic flash, and adds warmth to pale washed-out flesh tones.

Lable not printed clearly? August 10, 2008 Somehow the label not printed clearly. Looks like out of paint. Wondering how they can past QC. Looks cheaply made.
Great Set Of Basic Filters June 3, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is the perfect set if you want basic, decent filters. The UV protects your lens and the polarized greatly reduces glare and makes colors pop. Highly recommended for the beginner photographer.
Nice Protective Filter May 20, 2008 I bought this for my Sony A300k's two lens. It did it's job: protect the lens from dust, finger prints and reflected some of the UV.
For the price, what more can you expect?
Tiffen Filter 55mm May 15, 2008 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
If you are considering purchasing this filter from Amazon make sure you check the specs of your camera for the correct size filter. The Amazon website has a recommendation for the wrong size filter to go with a Panasonic DMC-FZ8 Digital Camera. The filter looks like a quality product but unfortunately I could not use it and had to return it.
Tiffen filters February 7, 2008 Tiffen filter are the best. And if you want to photograph fluorescent minerals, this filter the 2A is essential.
