Nothing To Lose June 30, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was very disappointed in "Nothing To Lose". The other Jack Reacher novels were very good. The best of the series "Bad Luck & Trouble".
"Nothing To Lose" did not have the usual suspense, intrigue and even Jack Reacher seemed less interesting!!
Getting to know you, getting to know all about you June 29, 2008 The Jack Reacher series is great. Some of the best parts are snippets of his past history as an MP major. This book has more of his history than any other.
A nonchalant killer June 24, 2008 I think I read the first Jack Reacher novel years ago and was turned off by the amount of violence. I thought I would give another one of the books a try. Wish I hadn't. The finale of the book is basically a celebration of violence perpetrated by someone who in any state approaching reality would be an extremely dangerous sociopath. This is fantasy for people who've never dealt with violence and death in the real world.
Great June 21, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Terrific book. An actual "can't put down" type. Great characters, action, narrative and ending.
Typical Jack Reacher June 15, 2008 This was a great read, typical Jack Reacher. Raw, tough, uncompromising. Lee Child has created a character who every male would love to be able to emulate.
