Hungry Girl rocks! Miss Lisa's recipes are simple and Weight Watcher friendly. I bought one for my mother and friend too.

I love the Hungry Girl: Recipes and Survival Strategies for Guilt Free Eating in the Real World. It is a great tool if you are a member of Weight Watchers. Lisa Lillien is a hip, trendy woman whom many women can relate to in today's world that shows that you can watch what you eat but still enjoy food. I can't wait for her next recipe book to come out.

REAL recipes for REAL people. No unspellable, unobtainable ingredients. A MUST HAVE for anyone on Weight Watchers as the points values for the recipes are easy to figure and are also available on her website.
