Product Description Legions of readers entranced by Twilight are hungry for more and they won't be disappointed. In New Moon, Stephenie Meyer delivers another irresistible combination of romance and suspense with a supernatural twist. The"star-crossed" lovers theme continues as Bella and Edward find themselves facing new obstacles, including a devastating separation, the mysterious appearance of dangerous wolves roaming the forest in Forks, a terrifying threat of revenge from a female vampire and a deliciously sinister encounter with Italy's reigning royal family of vampires, the Volturi. Passionate, riveting, and full of surprising twists and turns, this vampire love saga is well on its way to literary immortality.

2nd book in the series October 12, 2008 I loved the book because it just continued the story for me. I love Bella and Edward together and in this book it is more of Bella and Jacob. Bella can't get over that Edward left her because it was for her own good. He was afraid she was going to get hurt, but of course he didn't tell her that he told her he was leaving because he just needed to get away and do new things. She was besided herself and Jacob comes into the picture and trys to help her get over Edward. She has stated over and over again she would never get over Edward. Towards the end of the book Edward comes back into the book. That is my favorite part of the book.
Fantastic Book!! October 12, 2008 I am not one for Vampire anything but after I heard all the publicity for these books and the amount of people who were or already had read the saga, I had to find out for myself. I ended up buying the entire saga before I had even read the back of one of the books. Needless to say, I was hooked off the bat and ended up reading all four books in a weeks time!!! Fantastic!
New Moon book 2 of twilight series October 12, 2008 I liked all of the books in this series. Book 2 - New Moon is a darker story of depression and loss. It picks up when Jacob and Bella spend more time together but Bella remains loyal to her first love. It is darker in tone but some folks get this way when love does not work out exactly the way they want it to. Keeps the reader wanting to find out what happens next so one wants to read book 3 and 4.

This is a great book, not my favorite of the series but it is still definately worth reading
A Great Sequel to a Spectacular Series October 10, 2008 New Moon was a book that made me feel sorry for Bella, made me laugh under the covers in bed, and could make me smile for Jacob. Bella, in a tragic turn of events, is left empty-handed without the love of her life, Edward Cullen. She feels emotionally drained and becomes a zombie for a few months. When she snaps back to reality, she understands the impact it's created on her fellow students and family (namely, Charlie Swan, her father). Bella's emptiness soon has a big filling: Jacob. I especially like Jacob because of how nice and caring he is when Bella feels unkempt and in a "blah" mood, which is rare when Jacob is around. I think it explains the heartbreaking emotions of having one you adore leave you, and I don't want to sound hokey, but it's something that is vital to understand and get over. I loved New Moon.
