It's very rare because it only has been published and circulated through Scholastic books which usually provides mail order books for school children. This book is similar to a "choose your own adventure book," in that a person who reads this book does not read it from front to back. It's setup is like a game where a person reads and then has a choice to make - then turns to that page - and eventually has a certain ending.
