This book is the quintessential guide for all small business owners. The #1 reason that most small businesses fail within 3 years is cash flow problems. Caroline Grimm Jordan takes the mystery out of cash flow management and gives simple advice on how to avoid the pitfalls that most businesses make. This book is especially helpful because it is written by a small business owner for small business owners. This isn't the CEO of some multi-million dollar corporation giving advice that only works when you have a multi-million dollar budget. This is someone who has been in the trenches of small business and knows our world. She shares the mistakes that she made in early businesses and the lessons she learned from them. Most importantly, she shares her successful strategies that have helped to make her business, and those of her consulting clients, successful ventures. I recommend this book to anyone who is thinking of starting a small business, running a small business, or consulting with small businesses on financial matters. I'm off the cash flow roller coaster. Wouldn't you like to be, too?
