Gold Label Teddy Takes Requests wirh Baby Grand Piano December 14, 2007 This is a great and will be quite a conversation piece this Christmas. The tones are nice.
Great conversation piece February 14, 2007 Loved this teddy playing the piano. Have a maestro mouse made by the same company. That's cool too. Great tone for a little piano music box, and the technology is amazing.
Broken and Returned January 25, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Purchased item for Christmas. Item did not work out of the box. Loud scratching noises when it played or it would not play at all. It certainly looked like an entertaining piece. I'm sorry that you did not have another available to replace the broken one. Thank you for crediting my account after returning the item.
Hats not all working January 16, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love the product! Six of the hats are working but the 7th repeats the songs of one of the other hats so I'm missing the patriotic songs. I wrote and you said I could return it but you had nothing to replace it with. Since I needed to use it over the holidays I didn't return it. I would like to know if it can be replaced at this time or how I could purchase the patriotic hat.(one that works) I guess I will keep it unless you can replace it but I am dissapointed since this is the first time I bought something through the internet. It was on sale but they didn't say it was not completely working. If it had said that there was an imperfection and that is why it was on sale, I would have understood. If that last hat had been OK I would have given it a 5 star rating.
