Well i got my copy of PIQ Magazine if the mail. When I first saw I was like what the hell is this. I did not know until I looked in it that it was the replacement for NEWTYPE. Let me get to the point the reason this magazine if not as good is because it is not an anime magazine. My guess is they decided to not compete with themselves so they decided to slightly switch up there style a bit. Its lacking any flavor it just feels bland. It a well done mag but, to just abandone what they where about is not cool. I got what I thought was going to be my subscription to NEWTYPE in January they folded and now I get this to say that I am pissed of is an understatement, son I'm heated. So I'm not going to cancel my subscription F it I'll keep it. But now I'm getting the japanese version of it. Like I said it really isn't a bad mag after that rant you probably think how could I say anything good about it. Its just if you compare it to what it was it ain't even close. Peace
