This magazine about, um, the history of Chile, I think, put out by the Department of Historical and Social Sciences of the Faculty of Humanities and Art of the University of Conception, I think, is the best seven cents you'll spend on Amazon.com. As long as Amazon sells products for $24.99 and won't allow you to add that one penny to get free shipping for $25 and over, this is destined to be a very popular magazine.
