Caught off guard September 5, 2008 New Moon was a really good book. In the beginning you truly feel how Bella feels about Edward. Stephanie Meyer's writing in this book makes you feel Bella's sadness and frustration. Just like many of the reviews I have read and agree this book was almost all about Bella and Jacob. I want to read more about Bella & Edward. In the end, I will still read this book over and over.
New Moon review September 5, 2008 This sequel to Twilight doesn't disappoint. It's riveting and well written. I bought the Kindle version. I'm anxiously awaiting Book 3.
Twilight Series September 5, 2008 Bought the whole series for my daughter and she loves them - she was not a reader until these came along
Fantastic! September 5, 2008 I got my item sooner than expected and it was in pristine condition. Thanks!
The Most Difficult Book I've Ever Been Through September 3, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
5 Stars? Absolutely. Amazing writing, fantastic sequel to 'Twilight?' Completely.
That being said, this is THE most difficult book I have ever made my way through. It created for me an emotional roller coaster--through most of the book I found myself sobbing as I shared in Bella's pain and confliction, and as I wondered what would come next and how all would be resolved.
I couldn't put it down, but please be warned--as amazing as 'New Moon' is, your heart and your tear ducts will feel raw and vulnerable the entire time.
It's worth it. But I will NEVER read this book again. I couldn't possibly put myself, or my favorite characters, through so much pain ever again.
