Product Description Illustrated in full color. Thomas has his work cut out for him, moving freight cars containing coal, wood, oil, and animals. Nice work, Thomas!

Great Little Book May 27, 2008 Thomas and the Freight Train is an excellant little board book for little toddlers who just love the Thomas series. It is a small, short book but worth it due to its wonderful illustrations. Perfect for my son!
Book is small December 26, 2007 This book is good, but very small in size. I thought for some reason it was going to be a normal size book.

I thought the book was larger for some reason. It was only about 2 or 3 inches in width and length. It was a xmas present for my nephew so I was a little disappointed it was so small.

This is a nice small book to take along in the car but I don't think the pictures are animated enough. My 19 month old son doesn't seem too interested in the book.
A good book! But too simple for my 2 year old January 12, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I didn't introduce Thomas to my son until he is about 2.5 year old. I bought this board book thinking it will be good for him to read by himself. I guess I didn't pay enough attention to the description of the book. It was smaller than I expected. My son liked it okay but it is not his favorite Thomas book. I think it is a bit too easy for him. I will think this book is probably more suitable for readers a little bit younger.
