Product Description
Mounted to two pulleys you install in your ceiling, these balloons rise and fall in unison over your layout. The main balloon is attached to a line from the launch base. Set the height you want the balloon to travel up the first pulley. The second balloon is attached with extra line, and the line is threaded into the second pulley. The second balloon is weighted to keep the line taut. When one balloon goes up, the other goes down and you have an exciting use of space above your layout.
