Product Description
This kit will be the star of your intermodal terminal! The Translift Crane is a dual-purpose machine used by many railroads that can lift trailers or containers. It's wide enough to straddle two rows of trailers or containers parked side by side, making short work of loading or unloading. Many parts of the model are positionable to simulate a working crane. Magnets are included to hold containers with metal sheet inserts securely without gluing. Decals and complete instructions are included. Measures 4 X 3-1/8 X 3".

A detailed and realistic kit June 7, 2008
This is a detailed kit with good transfers and information. It builds into a good representation of the real thing. To build and paint it so that it looks really good requires some skill and patience. There are a lot of small parts due to the scale size. Can also be modified and used in a variation of the original.
