I love my ProFry!! I had a good-bye party for my brother and we wanted to make lots of fries but without the long wait!! I bought this one, double baskets and BOOM!!! They were perfect!!! Crispy, crunchy, no MESS~

Just received my ProFry and I can say we are delighted with it. The main concern I had was that it wouldn't get the oil hot enough to cook the foods the right way and we were happy that it worked perfectly.
I tested it first by making tortilla chips...amazing! These are so wonderful; just as good as my favorites at the neighborhood Mexican restaurant.
I'm looking forward to making all kinds of great tasting foods.

Having read previous reviews on this product prior to purchasing it, I knew how to avoid problems with the unit and it worked perfectly. It didn't take long for the oil to heat and the food cooked fast and evenly. I just kept the oil at the mark set on the side of the container and didn't overload the baskets. By only putting a single layer of fish in at a time, the cooking was fast (about 3 minutes) and the food evenly cooked. I'd recommend this product to everyone.

My husband loves it. Large capacity for cooking for several people. It retains it's heat very well. The two separate compartments make it easy to fry two different things at a time. Very easy clean up as it can be taken apart and cleaned without a lot of trouble. Would buy it again.

Wow! Very Nice deep fryer. We received it today and fried calamari and chicken wings. Everything worked perfect! The temperature regulated fast and correctly from 325 for the calamari and 375 for chicken. We sat it right next to our Jennair down draft to filter the the deep fry scent. I am so happy that I purchased this model. I really looked at several deep fryers and find this to be definitely it! I received it on time and am happy with Amazon's service once again!
