A Thomas fan once, a Thomas Fan for life--or that is how I feel about my son's favorite character. This collection of Thomas stories is great. A direct interpretation from the original stories, it brings the characters from the book alive. My son loves it. On a separate note, the live animation and lack of a lot of special effects is a refreshing change from a lot of the other kids movies out there. It lets kids' imagination to develop and that is why I think that my son watches this tape over and over and over....

in paint pots and quenns join henry as he fails his quest for the train. first join percy as he squashes the mailmans bike. then join stepny as he plays a game of cricket. scarloey & peter sam learn how bad slate cars are when peter sams funnel comes off. the island of soder is a place where dreams come true. and meet IVO HUGH!

"Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends: Thomas Meets the Queen & Other Stories" is another wonderful video for young train lovers. My children enjoyed this one very much. Each story on the tape teaches a lesson about rules & how to treat one another. This is a creative way of teaching simple life-lessons to young children. Very nice! Highly recommended!

Thomas Meets the Queen is a series of good little stories that my son (2) and nephew (5) watch again and again. They play with their trains and reenact the stories on their own tracks. Thomas videos are fun for the whole family.
