A sheer delight to the eye, this youth bedroom collection is a tribute to those Sunday paper comic strips we've come to know and love. With whimsical and innovative shapes in its sleigh beds, loft bed, and cases, large scale drawer and door pulls, each piece features a mix of elements. Finished in 4 wonderful colors under a clear protective top coat of lacquer. Every piece has unique storage and function built right into the design. The Sunday Funnies product is made of MDF. Joinery is primarily dowel with glued and screwed corner block reinforcement, and mortise and tenon with bracket and corner block reinforcement depending on location and design of item. Drawer guides are white powder coated steel euroglides. Door hinges are either standard knuckle hinges or German hidden hinges with 120 degree sweep.
